Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want Pinellas Criminal Law to be usable by everyone, including readers who use a screen reader, a keyboard, or other assistive technology.

What we have done

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The site is built with:

  • semantic headings and landmarks, and a “skip to content” link;
  • visible focus indicators and full keyboard access to menus, search, and tools;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • colour contrast chosen for readability, and no information conveyed by colour alone;
  • text that can be resized, and layouts that adapt to small screens; and
  • reduced animation for readers who ask for it in their device settings.

Known limitations

We have not had the site independently audited, and some content may fall short. Links to official websites open pages we do not control.
